Challenge with the ball #1 : Inner Foot Juggling

AGE GROUPS : U10 – U18
ORGANIZATION : Football & Shoes
INSTRUCTIONS : Juggle the ball using the Side Inner Part of your strong foot. Lock your ankle while you tap the ball (keeping your ankle loose will affect your touch while attempting the juggles). Keep the ball below your head level for better control. Take tips & feedback from your coach.
CHALLENGE : Attempt your most number of Inner foot Juggles.

Challenge with the ball #2 : W Drag

AGE GROUPS : U10 – U18
ORGANIZATION : Place 2 objects with a distance of 3 footsteps
INSTRUCTIONS : Postion yourself outside the object (any side). Drag the ball using the sole part, behind your resting foot & tap it gently using the side inner foot to bring the ball between the objects. Now pull the ball using the sole of your resting foot & tap it forward using the side inner part of the same foot to move the ball outside the object. Increase the speed as you master the technique. Take tips & feedback from your coach.
CHALLENGE : Attempt the most number of W Drags you can in 40 seconds. Note : Moving from one side to other side of the object to form W once will be counted as one.

Challenge without the ball #1 : Bottle Balance

AGE GROUPS : U10 – U18
ORGANIZATION : Water bottle
INSTRUCTIONS : Balance yourself on one leg & place a water bottle on the suspended leg’s thigh. Practice the drill using both your legs.
CHALLENGE : Attempt your best time of the drill using one foot.

Challenge without the ball #2 : Lateral In & Out – Variation 1

AGE GROUPS : U10 – U18
ORGANIZATION : Place 6 objects with a distance of 2 footsteps in between each object.
INSTRUCTIONS : Postion yourself on the horizontal side of the objects. Perform lateral quick-feet movements, with exactly 4 steps in & out of the objects as shown in the video above. Practice the movements on your toes, swinging your hands. Increase the speed as you master the technique.
CHALLENGE : Attempt 6 sets of lateral in & out movements in your best time record. Note : Completing lateral in & out on one side will be counted as one set.
