Challenge with the ball : Dribbling (Zig Zag)
|INSTRUCTIONS : Place 4 objects in a straight line with a distance of 2 footsteps in between the objects. Dribble the ball back & forth between the objects with exactly 2 touches (Refer video).|
Dribble the ball using your inside & outside part of the foot. Keep the ball closer to your feet. Keep practising the technique well over the next 3 days. Increase the speed, as you master the technique.
|CHALLENGE : |
Attempt as many dribbles in 30 seconds, following the right technique. Note : Dribbling one way between the objects will be counted as one count.
Challenge without the ball : Directional Jumps
|INSTRUCTIONS : Draw 2 lines or place 2 tapes to form a cross symbol (Refer video). From the bottom left of the cross, make your first jump forward & continue your next jump to the right top of the cross. Now jump backwards to complete one set.|
Keep your feet together and jump on your toes from one side to another.
|CHALLENGE : Attempt your most Directional Jumps (sets) in 30 seconds, following the right technique. Send us your best count video.|
