Challenge with the ball : Dribbling 8

INSTRUCTIONS : Place 2 objects in a straight line 6 footsteps apart (Check demo video). Dribble the ball back & forth between the markers to draw the number 8. Dribble exactly using 2 touches between the markers & 2 touches to make turns.

Dribble the ball using the lace part. Use inside & outside parts of the foot to make turns as shown in the video. Keep the ball closer to your feet while attempting the dribble. Increase the speed, as you master the technique. 
CHALLENGE : Attempt your most Dribbling 8 in 30 seconds, following the right technique. Note : Completing one 8 is counted as one.

Challenge without the ball : Cross Jumps (var 1)

INSTRUCTIONS : Draw 2 lines or place 2 tapes to form a cross symbol (Refer video). This is a variation of the diagonal / directional jumps. It’s a co-ordination drill where you need to jump & alternate between the adjacent square & the diagonal square (See demo video carefully). Get the combinations right before slowly increasing your speed. Take feedback & tips from your coach.
CHALLENGE : Attempt your most Cross Jumps in 30 seconds, following the right technique. Send us your best count video.
