Challenge with the ball #1 : Receiving (Lace Part)

AGE GROUPS : U10 – U18
ORGANIZATION : Form a square with a distance of 2*2 walking steps
INSTRUCTIONS : Position yourself in the middle of the square, throw the ball above your head & receive it in the spot between your lace part & the toe. Lock your ankle while you receive the ball (Keeping your ankle loose will affect your touch while receiving).

Get behind the ball, pull your leg back to give a cushion as you receive the ball. Throw the ball higher as you master the technique.
CHALLENGE : Attempt your most number of lace part receives in 30 seconds. Note : Use only your strong foot. Receives outside the square will not be counted.

Challenge with the ball #2 : Receiving (Outer Foot)

AGE GROUPS : U10 – U18
ORGANIZATION : Form a square with a distance of 2*2 walking steps
INSTRUCTIONS : Position yourself in the middle of the square, throw the ball above your head & receive it using the side outer part of your foot. Lock your ankle while you receive the ball (Keeping your ankle loose will affect your touch while receiving).

Get your receiving foot behind the ball, and as the ball bounces, get your receiving foot side by the ball & make a gentle touch. Throw the ball higher as you master the technique.
CHALLENGE : Attempt your most number of outer foot receives in 30 seconds. Note : Use both feet. Perform the receives through the sides of the square.

Challenge without the ball #1 : Hopping – Variation 1

AGE GROUPS : U10 – U18
COURT SETUP : Place 6 objects with a distance of 2 footsteps in between each object.
INSTRUCTIONS : Position yourself on the verticle side of the objects. Hop over the first object with your right leg & run backwards to the initial object. Similarly complete all the objects in the same manner as shown in the video. Perform the same with your left leg.

Perform the hop on your toes. Increase the speed as you master the technique.
CHALLENGE : Attempt 2 sets of hopping in your best time record. Note : Hopping over all the objects using your right leg once is counted as one set.

Challenge without the ball #2 : Hopping – Variation 2

AGE GROUPS : U10 – U18
COURT SETUP : Place 6 objects with a distance of 2 footsteps in between each object.
INSTRUCTIONS : Position yourself on the verticle side of the objects. Hop over the first object with your right leg & hop back to the initial object. Similarly complete all the objects in the same manner as shown in the video. Perform the same with your left leg.

Perform the hop on your toes. Increase the speed as you master the technique.
CHALLENGE : Attempt 2 sets of hopping in your best time record. Note : Hopping over all the objects using your right leg once is counted as one set.
