Challenge with the ball #1 : Receiving (Inner Foot)

AGE GROUPS : U10 – U18
ORGANIZATION : Form a square with a distance of 2*2 walking steps
INSTRUCTIONS : Position yourself in the middle of the square, throw the ball above your head & receive it using the side inner part of your foot. Lock your ankle while you receive the ball (Keeping your ankle loose will affect your touch while receiving the ball)

Get your receiving foot behind the ball, and as the ball bounces, get your receiving foot side by the ball & make a gentle touch. Throw the ball higher as you master the technique.
CHALLENGE : Attempt your most number of Inner foot receives in 30 seconds. Use both feet. Receive through the sides of the square.

Challenge with the ball #2 : Receiving (Sole)

AGE GROUPS : U10 – U18
ORGANIZATION : Form a square with a distance of 2*2 walking steps
INSTRUCTIONS : Position yourself in the middle of the square, throw the ball above your head & receive it using the sole part of your foot.

Get your receiving foot behind the ball, as the ball is about to hit the ground, lift your leg up & trap the ball between your foot & the ground. Throw the ball higher as you master the technique.
CHALLENGE : Attempt your most number of Sole receives in 30 seconds. Note : Make sure to stay inside the box while you attempt the receives.

Challenge without the ball #1 : Bear Crawl

AGE GROUPS : U10 – U18
COURT SETUP : Place 2 objects with a distance of 6 Walking steps.
INSTRUCTIONS : Get into the pushups position & start crawling around the markers. Keep your back straight while doing it. Get your hands right below your shoulder. Perform these movements slowly.
CHALLENGEThis is a participatory drill. Complete 4 rounds around the marker.

Challenge without the ball #2 : Hopping – Variation 3

AGE GROUPS : U10 – U18
ORGANIZATION : Place 6 objects with a distance of 2 footsteps between each object. Place 6 cloth hanging clips side by the object, as shown in the video.
INSTRUCTIONS Position yourself on the vertical side of the objects. Using your toes, pick up a clip & hop over each object till the last one & place the clip inside a glass . Run back to the initial object & repeat the process with your left leg. 

Hop on your toes. Increase the speed as you master the technique.
CHALLENGE : Place all the 6 clips inside the glass in your best time record.
