Challenge with the ball #1 : Receiving (Inner Foot) – Knee Variation

AGE GROUPS : U10 – U18
ORGANIZATION : Form a square with a distance of 2*2 walking steps
INSTRUCTIONS : Position yourself in the middle of the square, throw the ball above your head & let it bounce off your knee, receive it using the side inner part of your foot. Lock your ankle while you receive the ball. Keeping your ankle loose will affect your touch while receiving.

Get your receiving foot behind the ball, as the ball bounces get your receiving foot side by the ball & make a gentle touch. Throw the ball higher as you master the technique.
CHALLENGEAttempt your most number of Inner foot receives in 30 seconds. Note : Use both feet. Perform the receives through the sides of the square.

AGE GROUPS : U10 – U18
ORGANIZATION : Form a square with a distance of 2*2 walking steps

Challenge without the ball #1 : Butterfly Stretch

AGE GROUPS : U10 – U18
LEARNING POINTS : Sit down on the floor & keep the sole of both your feet together. Now touch your feet with your head by bending down. Perform these movements slow.
CHALLENGEThis is a participatory drill. Hold the buttery fly stretch for atleast 10 seconds.

Challenge without the ball #2 : Sit to Stand

AGE GROUPS : U10 – U18
LEARNING POINTS : Sit down on the floor & stand back, without keeping your hands on the ground for support. The sit downs & stand ups have to be executed cross legged similar to the demo video.

Perform the sit downs fully as shown in the video. Perform these movements slow.
CHALLENGE : Attempt 10 Sit to Stand movements.
